Today my classmates and I participated in a silent protest at our home team's football game. After the national anthem was played, we remained standing for 4.5 minutes silently with our hands up and holding signs. We did this to show our respect for those who lost their lives due to police brutality. Our mission here is to raise awareness of what's happening to our black men!
